If you noticed in the picture above I capitalize the meaning to the name of my gym!

S E R A F I N : is my last name.

The name I honor in my dad that he has given me.

To the man that gave me life.
a man that is the hardest working person I know, he’s a business Owner himself, my brother a business owner as well,it runs in the family. As an adult I realize we are a strong family mentally and physically! We have crossed through hard times but have achieved greatness.

My parents came here to give us a better life! So in return we honored his name to show him we succeed because of his choices that he’s never failed us as a DAD.

All 4 kids are thriving and doing amazing & when life gets hard we face the challenge because our parents thought us to always keep fighting for the BEST ❤️

Lost 14.4lbs

This mom of 3 didn’t stop even when she was pregnant up until the last few weeks she worked out pregnant and as soon as she has her baby girl she was back in action last September then joined my 12 week challenge in March to lose her baby weight and tone back up! She did amazing 🤩 GO MEl!!!
