weightlifting classes. Class Hours:

* Monday - 5:30AM, 10:00AM, 4:30PM
* Tuesday - 5:30AM, 10:00AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
* Wednesday - 5:30AM, 10:00AM, 4:30PM
* Thursday - 5:30AM, 10:00AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
* Friday - 5:30AM, 10:00AM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM, 6:30PM
* Saturday - (no Fitness Method classes right now)
* Sunday - 9:00AM
