Good afternoon southern Maryland dive buddies. Ashley and I hope that you are all doing well and enjoying the scuba season. We are finally getting settled down in Florida and are hoping to dive this weekend (weather pending)!

I will be running an IDC in Vero Beach for the EASE / Eastern Academy of Scuba Education in November and wanted to extend the invitation to all of my former DM/AI students as well as the shop instructional staff.

The IDC starts on Saturday November 24th and runs through Thursday November 29th with the IE (Instructor Examination) on Saturday and Sunday December 1stand 2nd. The EFR Instructor class is on Friday November 23rd and is a requirement to become and Open Water Scuba Instructor. In addition to the IDC, we will be running a MSDT Prep course November 29th, 30th and December 3rd, 4th.

We will also be running an IDC Staff Instructor course for any MSDT’s looking to further their education. The dates for the IDCS course are November 23rd through November 29th.

The great thing about EASE / Eastern Academy of Scuba Education is that for those people participating in the full IDC, your room and board is covered in the cost of the course allowing you to focus during that week on what’s important…learning to become an Open Water Scuba Instructor!

To all of my scuba peeps, if you are interested in any scuba training and you want to complete it out in sunny Florida, let me know. Ashley and I are so pleased to announce that, not only will we be working with EASE / Eastern Academy of Scuba Education for PADI Professional training, but we will also be teaching recreational scuba for Deep Six Dive & Watersports in Vero beach and Stuart Florida.

We look forward to moving forward with our PADI training journey and continuing to provide top notch scuba education for not only new students, but also students that we have trained in Maryland!
