The things that have changed my life most weren't the things I felt completely certain about.
They were the things that kept calling me.
The things I couldn't quite stop thinking about.
The things that kept showing up in my awareness no matter how many practical reasons I had for waiting.
So let me ask you this:
What if the reason you keep coming back to yoga teacher training is because there's something here for you?
Not because you "should" become a yoga teacher.
Not because you need another certification.
But maybe because some part of you is craving something deeper.
This training isn't really about learning to teach yoga... at least not only.
It's about paying attention.
To yourself.
To your body.
To your patterns.
To your breath.
To the ways you've learned to move through the world.
It's about dedicating time to your own growth while being supported by a community of people who are also committed to learning, practicing, questioning, and becoming more fully themselves.
Yes, you'll learn anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, meditation, pranayama, trauma-informed teaching, and how to confidently guide others.
But you'll also learn things that are much harder to put into a curriculum.
How to trust yourself.
How to use your voice.
How to take up space.
How to stay present when things feel uncomfortable.
How to listen.
How to lead.
How to come home to yourself.
Those lessons tend to stay with you long after the training ends.
We begin in July, and there are only four spots remaining.
At some point, the decision gets made one way or another. The training fills. Life moves forward. Another year passes.
And maybe that's okay.
But if you've found yourself lingering on the training page...
If you've caught yourself imagining what it might be like...
If you keep coming back to the idea...
I hope you'll give yourself permission to explore it.
Because something inside you might already know... whether you feel ready or not. š¤
