A.P.E Performance

Growing up in sports I played Baseball(Centerfield, Outfield), Football(Wide Receiver, DB), and Basketball(Shooting, Point guard). I attended Port St.Lucie high all four years where I then began my collegiate baseball career. I started at Broward Community College before transferring to Wabash Valley College in Illinois. There, I was able to be apart of a top five rank team in the nation finishing

third at the Junior College World Series. Concluding my two years and obtaining my degree I then transferred to Indiana University Kokomo to continue my education and athletic career where I finished with my B.S degree in Exercise Science. I realized at an early age I had a strong passion for human movement and how the body works through all systems. I was fortunate to have coaches and trainers push me beyond what I thought were my limits. This is where I fell in love with the process and grind behind the scene that nobody got the see. My mission is to get young men and woman stronger & faster with a family atmosphere and elite training methods demonstrating how hard work and perseverance transfers to life and maintaining the same work ethic after sports.
