For everyone, but especially those doing ground fighting Saturday, please remember to wash your dobak. Hygiene is always important but especially when your partner will be that close to you.
Highly suggest full dobak and not T-shirt for ground fighting to minimize rug burns.

We will see those of you Saturday, for everyone else we will see you well hydrated and ready to train on Monday
