If you’ve driven by Momentum💪 Fitness & Wellness recently, you may have noticed some construction happening in front of the building.

Don’t worry — we are OPEN and operating as usual! 💪

The property is currently undergoing some upgrades, including:
✅ Fresh exterior paint
✅ Building improvements
✅ New landscaping and flowers in the front beds
✅ Enhancements to make the property look even better for our members and guests

We appreciate everyone’s patience while these improvements are being completed. The goal is to create an even more welcoming environment for our fitness family and the community.

Our gym remains fully accessible, all training sessions are running as scheduled, and we’re here to help you reach your goals every step of the way.

At Momentum💪 Fitness & Wellness, we’re building stronger, healthier, more confident young athletes.

Our Momentum Future Athletes Program focuses on:
✔ Strength & conditioning
✔ Athletic development

Designed for ages 7–15.

Morning Sessions: 10AM–12PM
Afternoon Sessions: 2PM–4PM

The last four weeks have definitely been a challenge, but I want to first say thank you to everyone who checked in on me, reached out, and kept supporting Momentum💪 Fitness & Wellness while I recovered from gallbladder surgery. The messages, calls, and support truly meant a lot to me and my family.

I’ve had a lot of members tell me they missed the energy, the conversations, the motivation, and just seeing me around the gym — and honestly, I missed all of you too.

Starting next week, I’m officially BACK at the gym full force. I’ll be back behind the desk, walking the floor, helping members, answering training questions, setting up sessions, signing up memberships, selling merch and T-shirts, and doing everything I normally do here at Momentum💪 Fitness & Wellness.

This place has always been more than just a gym to me. It’s family, community, and a place where people come to better themselves physically and mentally every single day. I’m excited to get back to work and continue building something special with all of you.

If you’ve been waiting to get started, need accountability, have questions about training, nutrition, strength goals, weight loss, or just want to stop in and say what’s up — I’ll be there all next week.
