B - breathe. When you breathe deeply you fire up the vagus nerve which is responsible for turning on your rest and digest system. Breathe. Breathe deeply until you can...
O - observe. When we switch to to rest mode we are able to get a BIGGER perspective. You go to a higher place of thinking and feeling. The Kingdom is never out of options.
A- acknowledge. Don’t be rude to your feelings. Thank them for reminding you they are here to serve you as you serve a good King.
T- transform. Trade in your fear and receive faith. You are being transformed to be a transformer.
Build a B.O.A.T. Save yourself and your family. God’s promises are inside the ark.
God is with you.
