Incorporated my business logo & motto, along with Spartan SGX Coach logo on top of it too ✌️

Got something off my To-Do list today, as I get closer to June 10th, and a 10th Anniversary.💪
You'll hear more about that on Tuesday, but as I finish that up, I now have a plan for the next 200 days until 12/27, that'll start the next 10 years I guess, or at least the next 20 months til 2/7/27.
Time to get back into routine, and get back to the basics that work in a cycle, & on a daily schedule.

FrameWorx Fitness is good to go for another 2 years, as I've Renewed and Re-Certified for both NASM CPT Certified Personal Trainer, and with Spartan SGX for another year too. AROO!
These new certifications and specialties get added to my Corrective Exercise Specialty, and my Sports Nutrition Coach, and my Spartan Obstacle Specialist, and Spartan DEKA Certifications too.
I continue to add to my knowledge & skillset too.

Well it's Monday again, so it was time to get back to work, and that started with a Leg Day.
But not before I got my day GO-ING with a 30 min 2.27 mile run-walk around Crane Lakes, and then 50 inhales & exhales on my Breather-Fit device, while I did my Every Day FrameWorx Routine.💪
Then it was right into 7 rounds and 700 reps of squats, calf raises and lunges, using body weight first, and then with a weighted vest on, a weighted ball, 3 different dumbells, or kettlebells in hand.💪
That really works the Legs for 20+ minutes, and my arms, core, and grip strength as well, as I mix in 350+ hand grip squeezes in between sets as well.
So it's a real good way to get back to work on a Monday morning, and get a new week GO-ING.👍

For those of you interested in what my workout plan and routine is gonna look like, here's the best I could do, to break it down for you.👌😁
Again, it's gonna incorporate alot of what I already do every day, & then squeezing in a 3-day workout cycle into the mix, along with a CD workout in there too, on 90 of those 99 HARD days.💪😲
And then just for kicks, I'll be squeezing in some DEKA training on 13 of the 15 Saturday's too, with the other 2 Saturday's being real events.👍
So give this a look if you're interested in what my 99HARD workout routine is gonna look like for 99 days, or what my normal daily routine has looked like, ever since June 10th of 2015 thru today.👌😁
I've already been doing things the HARD way since then, but thot I'd ramp it up for the next 99 days.👍

Starting a new Demand of myself, with a MILE in Vero Beach on Saturday, and then tackling day 1 of my new workout routine for the next 99 days straight after that, and ending it with a in Orlando on September 16th, which will be day 99.😲 Lots of HARD work to come in those 99 days, and I plan on doing what's best for myself, and making it just as HARD as I can.💪😲
Only 3 days to wait, until the HARD work begins.👍
