Well it's Monday again, so it was time to get back to work, and that started with a Leg Day.
But not before I got my day GO-ING with a 30 min 2.27 mile run-walk around Crane Lakes, and then 50 inhales & exhales on my Breather-Fit device, while I did my Every Day FrameWorx Routine.πͺ
Then it was right into 7 rounds and 700 reps of squats, calf raises and lunges, using body weight first, and then with a weighted vest on, a weighted ball, 3 different dumbells, or kettlebells in hand.πͺ
That really works the Legs for 20+ minutes, and my arms, core, and grip strength as well, as I mix in 350+ hand grip squeezes in between sets as well.
So it's a real good way to get back to work on a Monday morning, and get a new week GO-ING.π
