11 kiddos total…just playing while their mamas exercised…some may even consider this as “worlds colliding” but we just see it as normal and healthy 😝

I know we’re after a good workout, those are just the best. But I find those easy to come by😉. What I find hard to find are the people who become a part of your journey, long after the reps and sets. So many have been a part of mine and I am so lucky to be a part of others.

We don’t need “New Year, New You” type energy.

Everyone needs defined goals and consistency, but if I could ask anything of you, it’s to be more empathetic to yourself. I heard this recently and it hit me hard. “Why AM I so hard on myself?!” I have always been, and it has gotten me through a lot, but sometimes I think I just need to be nicer to me. You know that internal monologue…

So in 2026, no resolutions or great change, just a little mental challenge where I am nicer to myself. Feel free to do it too.
