Meet Sarah Yapp, aka… ME 😅🧡🖤

Apparently it’s finally my turn for a POYFA Board Spotlight, so here we go!

As Social Media Director, I get to share all the fun, chaos, milestones, game-day moments, fundraisers, reminders, and behind-the-scenes work that make POYFA what it is. I also serve on the Fundraising and Yearbook Committees, because clearly I don’t know how to just do one thing. 😂

I love getting to celebrate our athletes, coaches, families, and volunteers — and making sure the people who put so much into this program get a little spotlight too.

No Hawks football this weekend! 🥲🏈

We’ll miss seeing everyone on the sidelines, but a long holiday weekend isn’t the worst thing either. 😂

Enjoy the extra time with family, rest up, recharge, and have a safe and happy Labor Day Weekend!

Meet Jessica Cacoilo, our POYFA Compliance Coordinator! 🧡🖤

Jessica helps make sure our teams, coaches, athletes, and required paperwork stay organized and in compliance throughout the season — from book checks and eligibility requirements to helping ensure everything is ready so our teams can take the field when game day arrives.

It’s one of those behind-the-scenes roles that families may not always see, but it plays a huge part in keeping the organization running smoothly. 🦅

🚨 LOCATION CHANGE FOR GAME #4! 🚨

Due to field conditions at Coraci, Saturday’s games have been moved to Spruce Creek High School.

All game times and matchups remain the same. 🧡🖤🏈

A huge thank you to Spruce Creek High School for allowing us to use their field. Since we’re guests in their house, please help us represent the Hawks the right way:

📣 Cheer loud, but keep it positive and respectful.
🏈 Respect athletes, coaches, officials, and opposing fans.
🙌 Let the coaches coach.
🗑️ Clean up after yourselves and your families.
🚭 No smoking or va**ng.
🚗 Please follow all parking and facility rules.
⛺ No tents/canopies are allowed in the grandstands. Unfortunately, POYFA will not be able to set up tents either.
☂️ Umbrellas are allowed, so please plan accordingly for shade and weather.

Most importantly, respect Spruce Creek’s house and let’s leave it even better than we found it.

Next up, meet Stephanie Swinton, our Scholastics Coordinator! 📚🦅

Stephanie helps make sure our athletes are staying on track off the field, too — monitoring scholastic requirements, helping with eligibility and paperwork, and making sure our student-athletes receive the academic recognition and scholarship opportunities they’ve earned.

Because being a Hawk isn’t just about football and cheer — it’s about supporting our kids in the classroom, on the field, and everywhere in between. 🧡🖤

It’s another HOME GAME for the Hawks this Saturday at Coraci Sports Complex and we’re ready for a full day of football! 🔥

Our main opponent is the Palm Bay Rockets PB Rockets, with New Smyrna Beach Cudas stepping in for our 9U & 11U matchups. Huge thank you to NSB for working with us to make sure those teams still get to play! 🤝🏈
