Quick morning trip and kept a few for dinner. The trout bite was great today with solid fish up to 25 inches! Thanks to Parker and his dad for the booking! We might have had a late start due to weather but the fish didn’t care!

Team POC Premier Lodge had a great day fishing the 6th Annual Castaway Classic Redfish Tournament yesterday. We found the big reds we needed but had to throw back many oversized fish that were close to slot. These ladies fished hard all day and as always had a great time doing it! We ended up with first place big redfish at 8.94 pounds and won a little money! We will be back next year for sure!

And just like that the 23-24 duck season has come to an end! I would like to take the time and express my gratitude to all of my customers that made this season so memorable and fun! We had a lot of early mornings and late nights preparing for hunts and making sure we did the best for our people! To all of my customers THANK YOU! We have big news coming for 2024 and I can’t wait to get this year underway! Also a huge shoutout to all of my friends and partners that have helped me this year you know who you are! As for now my books are open for fishing! I’m cleaning up decoys today and oiling some guns to put away after that I’ll knock the rust off my fishing reels and will go find some fish!
