Catch and release on our first white marlin this weekend. Smoked the short right behind the dredge. Epic start to an unforgettable trip.

Toad rainbow trout that I landed while fishing on the Gunnison river.

We had already fished an area where scouted earlier in the week with little success and although it was a long shot, we decided to try and spot trout on our hike back to the trailhead.

We were almost back to the truck when we spotted 4 big rainbows sitting on a shallow spawning bed. 2 cast later and at the very end of the cast....booom!
