Huge shoutout to London “Lenny” Menna for putting in the work and seeing the results.

That’s a 6 MPH jump in exit velocity and nearly 60 extra feet of carry! When young athletes commit to the process, trust the coaching, and keep grinding, great things happen.

11U slugger Jack Trochiano was back in the lab at The Dogpound and absolutely crushed his previous marks.

🔥 Max Exit Velo: 78 MPH
💥 Max Distance: 261 FT

Not long ago Jack was sitting at 69 MPH and 210 FT. Today he shattered both numbers through hard work, consistency, and trusting the process.

Every session, every swing, every rep adds up. Proud of the effort this young man puts in every time he steps into the cage.

Ben Siemers keeps proving that hard work pays off.

After battling back from a knee injury, Ben came in ready to work and put up some huge numbers:

⚾ Max Exit Velo: 65 ➜ 71 MPH
⚾ Max Distance: 147 ➜ 225 FT

The injury may have slowed him down for a bit, but it never stopped the grind. Bigger swings, harder contact, and the results are showing.
