🏆 CRAZY UNCLE'S XC — CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND RECAP
What a way to end a season.
Five years ago, three kids showed up with bikes and a dream.
This weekend, we rolled into Salem with a full squad of Crushers and left with memories that'll last a lifetime. This team started with almost nothing — and now? We're just getting started.
To every rider, coach, parent, and fan who made 2026 happen: THANK YOU.
Now let's talk about what went down at Crazy Uncle's XC 👇
🟠 VARSITY
Justin — Someone call the highlight reel. Justin laid it all on the line in a sprint finish that had every Crusher on the sideline losing their minds. 3rd place on the day and — wait for it — 1st overall in the Varsity series. SERIES CHAMPION. Well done buddy!
Henry - We are going to miss you bro! Congrats on finishing your Varsity year strong and being such a BIG part of this team. We want you to know that you are welcome to ride with us anytime.
🟠 JV
Ryan B — Consistent, gritty, and dialed in all season. A top-5 finish at Championship and 7th overall in the series. Ryan showed up every single race and that's exactly how you build something real. Well done and do we see you in Varsity next year?
Asher — Freshman year. Series racing. Top-10 overall finish. Some guys take a whole career to figure this out — Asher showed up and showed us how it's done. We can't wait to see what next year looks like.
Connor S — First year racing. First championship. Top-23 overall in the series. Connor, you've got the foundation now. The ceiling from here? Completely open. See you next season.
🟠 MIDDLE SCHOOL ADVANCED
Mateo — First year racing AND jumping straight into Middle School Advanced — one of the fastest fields in the series. 8th place overall. Not bad for a first rodeo, Mateo. Freshman class is going to feel you coming.
Grady — Year 2, same class, same fire. 9th place overall in Middle School Advanced. Grady keeps putting in the work and it shows. Same class again next year — better watch out for this one.
🟠 8TH GRADE
Ryan M — Every race this season, Ryan got better. Top-14 overall and a clear upward trajectory from start to finish. That kind of improvement doesn't happen by accident — it's earned. Freshman class, get ready.
🟠 7TH GRADE
Daniel — First year racing and finished top-4 overall in his category. Daniel made it look natural out there. We'll see him in Middle School Advanced next year with Grady- going to be a blast!
Owen — First season, first championship, top-21 overall. Owen figured out what racing is all about this year and there's a whole lot more to come. See you in 7th grade next season!
Tianqi — First season, top-22 overall. Tianqi was out there putting in the work all season. That consistency is the foundation everything is built on. See you in 7th grade next year!
🟠 6TH GRADE
Aaron M — Watched his older brother race for years. Decided it was his turn. Top-23 overall in his very first season. Aaron, you made your debut count. We can't wait to see you in 6th grade next season — the Crushers are lucky to have you.
🟠 GIRLS
Annalise — First year racing and she showed up with pure energy every single time. Top-6 overall finish and a race style that is full of energy and fun! It's has been an absolute blast watching you race this season. Keep that enthusiasm — it's your superpower.
🟠 SOPHOMORE YEAR ✅
Conor G — Sophomore season complete. Conor, you showed up, you put in the miles, and finished your season. Well done!
Five years. Three kids. Now look at this roster. And there are more who didn't race this year-- stay tuned!
We've got riders moving up, riders coming back hungrier, and a community that shows up every single time.
To every parent who loaded bikes and gear all season — thank you.
