Our first hike is happening THIS SUNDAY!

📍 Meet at the gym at 6:30am
🚗 Carpool/depart at 6:45am
🥾 Hiking begins at 7:00am

Today we put in some work on running with 6, 400 meter repeats with 1:30 of rest in between. The goal was a push of the pace and consistent effort across all rounds.

Maybe not everyone in this photo would choose running over a barbell, but running has earned its place in what we do.

Running improves cardiovascular health, builds endurance, strengthens your heart, and helps increase your capacity to recover between efforts-whether that’s in the gym, on the field, or chasing your kids around the backyard.

It’s also one of the simplest ways to test and improve your fitness. No fancy equipment required. Just you, a pair of shoes, and a willingness to get uncomfortable for a little while.

So whether you love it, tolerate it, or spend every run negotiating with yourself to keep going, here’s to getting out there and going for a run. 😅🏃

Start Building Simple, Daily Habits ⭐️

Big results come from small actions done consistently-not from trying to change everything at once.

Here are a few ideas to start tomorrow:

▪️Drink a glass of water first thing in the
morning
▪️Start the day with 30g of protein
▪️Take a 10-minute walk after dinner or after a meal
▪️Add a serving of veggies to lunch or dinner
▪️Schedule workouts like appointments
▪️Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep

Simple steps, stacked daily, create lasting change. Your future self will thank you.

Today, we came together to take on one of CrossFit’s most meaningful traditions: Murph.

Whether it was your first time tackling the reps or your 10th year on the floor, the energy is always undeniable. Murph is more than just a workout; it’s a tribute and a true test of grit. At BTS, we do hard things, and it’s days like this that build our character. We put our heads down, remembered the why, and moved the dirt together.

When the final heat was finished, we celebrated with our annual BBQ. Good times as always.

To every member, friend, and family member, thank you. You are all the heart of this gym. ❤️💙
