☀️💪 One More Summer Celebration—💪☀️

Workouts, birthday shots 🥃, Casey’s, lots of laughs, and another summer spent getting stronger together OUTSIDE in the fresh air!

We’ve worked out through the hot days, muggy days, sunny days…and definitely the buggy days! 🐜😂 And somehow, those are the workouts that make the best memories.

A military friend once told me, “You don’t build strong people in perfect weather.” I think our crew has taken that to heart! We show up, we work hard, we laugh, and we make the best of whatever Mother Nature throws our way.

Okay…ALMOST whatever she throws our way. Lightning is where we draw the line! ⚡️🤣

Whether you’ve been with us all summer or have been thinking about giving it a try, come join us! You don’t have to be the fittest or the fastest—you just have to show up ready to move, have some fun, and be part of a pretty awesome crew.

The ultimate reset did not dissapoint!
3 weeks of resetting our body back to kick start it back i to losing fat was a huge success for some in the weight loss area while others loss inches. As for my husband and i, he lost 22 pounds 😱me i lost 8.6 pounds but inches whew🤣

For me this round was brutal. I was starving everyday and needed a snack. I was very busy during it and that didn’t help. I even caved in twice! But didn’t quit!

Now we move to phase2 bringing food back in.
Our goal is not to look like body builders, our goal is to be able to play, have boundless energy, fight off sickness, and stay forever young🩷

Walking into fall starting Monday!
We are doing a complete overhaul on our system. It’s the perfect time if you think with farmers markets and gardens exploding everywhere right now.
I’m joining a friend for morning walks 5 days a week and a weekly stretch session. Because it’s a reset my weights will be lighter all month, but in the end it will be sooo worth it!

How do you change things up to keep seeing results?

Do you do cleanses?
Do you fast?
Do you intermittent?
Do you just do a 5 day a week intense bootcamp?

80/20 is the rule. 80 percent of the time I’m eating pretty darn good. 20 percent of the time i will enjoy a treat.

That can be confusing to some for example what does 20 percent mean to you?
20 percent of the day?
20 percent of the week?
20 percent of a month?
