After 20+ year's of having a wonderful program, I'm very sorry to have to announce that I had to shut down the Connie Mack season at Sanborn for the 2017 summer! With only having 2 team's do what was needed, I couldn't justify all the work needed to keep it going? The past few year's it was getting harder & harder to keep it going? I'm not sure all of the reasoning for it? But the lack of intrest & responsibility from our local teams was the last and main deciding factor! Thank you to the PH City Rec & Parks Dept. for all your support and help over the year's! I also want to thank those team's that were interested and apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused! A Special Thank you to my GOOD FRIEND James Bigras (Biggy) & the Sarnia Braves Ball team. You have been here with me from the start and without you and your help I'm not sure we would of lasted as long as we did? Hopefully someone will step up and try and secure a 2018 season? I'm not going anywhere, I'll be here to help. I just can't do it all anymore! Thank you again for all the year's & memories! It all started with me coaching my son over 25 year's ago and now I have a Beautiful 14 month old Granddaughter that I will fill my time with.
