We’re Looking for an Exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Cutz & Gainz Strength & Recovery Gym is seeking a highly skilled, professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team this fall as an independent contractor.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others recover, perform, and feel their best. Experience working with athletes is highly preferred. Certification and experience in cupping therapy and/or instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (scraping/IASTM) is a significant bonus, as many of our members are active individuals and competitive athletes seeking advanced recovery services.

Qualifications:

* Current Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credentials (proof required)
* Professional liability insurance
* Strong references and/or client referrals preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated with an established professional work ethic
* Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space

As an independent contractor, you will operate your own business while working within our facility. Although you’ll maintain your independence, we believe it’s important that every professional under our roof contributes to a unified, positive experience for our members. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, professionalism, and understands that we all represent one another as part of the Cutz & Gainz community.
