WHY 99% OF PROJECTORS DON’T GET THE RESULTS, THEY WANT

I have a story for you.

Growing up, my parents didn’t have much money. We weren’t poor, but money was always super tight and a hot topic. My parents were fighting over money a lot. When I was 12 years old, my mom and I went on a hiking trip together in the south of Germany, the Black Forest. We would hike from youth hostel to youth hostel through the mountains in the Black Forest. We ran out of money during our trip, and my mom had to call my dad to send us money. My mom used to have cash that she did hide from my dad, but it wasn’t enough.

By then, I had built an identity around money that I was poor, deprived, and impoverished. As a result, I disconnected myself as much as possible from my desire to want things that I’d love and which would make me happy. This fostered a lack of hope that they would ever be fulfilled. I had a few rich boyfriends. Being in a relationship with them made me feel super uncomfortable. I felt like I was looking through a glass window at the goodness of life, which was always out of reach for me and beyond my ability to create it myself.

WHY many PROJECTORS STRUGGLE TO CREATE OFFERS THAT SELL

Dear Projector,

I make this one short. You struggle with creating offers that sell because you have built a reactionary business based on a false identity and in an artificial business matrix. You have been operating like a Generator or Manifesting Generator most of your life because most businesses are run by Generators and Manifesting Generators.

One thing I repeatedly hear when I do readings or start working 1:1 with somebody is that it came as a shock to them that they are Projectors when they do their Human Design chart. They would have bet a significant sum of money that they are Generators or Manifesting Generators because they have been hustling for as long as they can remember. And then the relief kicks in. Oh my God, it makes so much sense! But what now?

Yesterday I spoke to a Projector who had built an entire business based on her non-self identity. It was a reactionary business which is successful but didn’t make her happy or fulfilled. Luckily she became aware of it and is releasing it so that she gets back all the energy attached to her old company.

You need to identify. your core belief about why you can’t be successful in your business, creative work, or life. When you are like many other Projectors, you most likely are blaming your circumstances for your struggles.

WHY MANY PROJECTORS ARE STUCK IN A SELF-FIXING RUT

Dear Projectors,

I want you to know that if you are struggling with your business, relationships, etc., it’s not because you are unworthy or incapable of success. You struggle because you are afraid of losing your identity.

Many Projectors become stuck in the lower frequency of self-obsession, trying to fix themselves, falling in love with the endless quest for self-knowledge because they were so often denied to express themselves naturally from a very early age, becoming people-pleasers and co-dependents, ignoring their own needs and values. We are all trying to be who we are, but many have been conditioned to be someone or something else. Our generator-dominated environment perceived us as “broken,” not “good enough,” or “too much,” trying to fix us to fit into the mold and be able to survive, which often led to deep-seated self-denial. Interestingly, the more you dive into the subject of the lower self, the further away you move from your higher self.

Your self-denial doesn’t allow you to recognize the DIVINE within yourself. It’s much easier to project this authority outside yourself, buying into an artificial business matrix.

Ironically, it is this endless quest for trying to know yourself that keeps you from defining who and what you are. As Projectors, we are NOT here to be obsessed about ourselves - we are here to be obsessed about other people so that we can live our guiding purpose as Projectors.

WHY PROJECTORS SHOULD STOP WAITING FOR THE INVITATION

I hear your confusion about this headline because it’s about your Human Design strategy. It’s one of the most confusing things for Projectors to understand the concept of waiting for the invitation. What does it even mean? How do I wait? And so many Projectors get into their mind to figure this strategy out. What happens then is that the Projector gets even further away from receiving invitations because they spend so much time in their mind instead of living their life correctly.

Most Projectors need to be made aware of their built-in power. And if you don’t have people who respect what you are, you’ll suffer even more deeply. So stop waiting for the invitation, stop chasing them, and stop living from the non-purpose of the open places in your chart.

WHY PROJECTORS NEED TO STOP FOLLOWING OTHER’S BUSINESS STRATEGIES

Dear Projector,
When I started my transformational business, I had no idea I was a Projector. I began to follow all these super successful online coaches and experts, thinking that if they have these million-dollar coaching businesses, they know how to do it. I looked at them and their success, and I unconsciously believed that if I hired them, I would have the same success. I embarked on an odyssey of hiring some of these coaches and followed experts’ exact steps and strategies, telling me what to do to get results and be successful with my business.

They didn’t work for me, and I felt like a big failure over and over again. I wanted to quit. I felt frustrated, desperate, and bitter. At that time, I didn’t understand that what works for someone else doesn’t necessarily work for me. A Manifesting-Generator coach wanted me to reach out to 10 strangers on Linkedin and Facebook daily. She had a text template I should copy and send to these strangers.
I can’t tell you how awful that idea felt. I couldn’t do it. Everything changed when I learned that I am a Projector and started to study Human Design and Gene Keys simultaneously.

Human Design synthesizes ancient wisdom like the I Ching, Astrology, and the Kaballah, and modern sciences like Quantum Physics.

We are all different beings, and we create the best results and success in our businesses when we find and apply a unique approach based on our talents and what works for us. I didn't get the promised results when I followed others’ business and marketing strategies. But when I began to write content that was based on my Human Design profile, I am a 3/5 emotional Projector, my content went viral - my phone wouldn't stop notifying me.

WHY MANY PROJECTORS ARE AFRAID OF BEING TOO POWERFUL

& How To Heal It

One thing that every Projector longs for is coming back home to themselves, but don’t know how.

The other day I asked a group of Projectors to raise their hand if they had ever felt being too much in their life. It didn’t surprise me that everyone in the room raised their hand and nodded their heads to give it more weight. The fear of being too much is the fear of being too powerful. Most Projectors have made the experience throughout their lives that expressing their tremendous power has rather got them hurt, punished and abandoned than appreciated and recognized. This fear of being “messed with” leads you to protect yourself by trying to fly under the radar and getting away from others.

Feeling afraid of being too much shows you where you are holding yourself (unconsciously) back because you are afraid of other people’s opinions, judgements and punishments. Traumas are triggered. Before others cut you off for being too powerful, you cut yourself off from being authentic. When I started to charge high prices for working with me 1:1, I immediately got attacked and humiliated by some people who are very close to me, telling me that I am immoral to charge so much money and showing off, making so much money for my work. “You are so full of yourself!”, and: “You are too arrogant, oh, just wait, you will fall on your face soon enough.”. When I became too powerful for the other leaders of my spiritual community, I was outcast in a blink of an eye. I can’t even begin to describe how hurt and betrayed I felt when it happened.

WHY MANY PROJECTORS CREATE UNSUSTAINABLE BUSINESSES

Recently I have been talking to several Projectors who struggle with their business. The familiar feeling they all are dealing with is bitterness. One man had built a very successful business; a woman was struggling financially with her business. Yet another one doesn’t feel fulfilled with her business. They all have in common that they built their business on something or someone they are not. The Projector with the successful business has built it like he were a Generator and is now dealing with its draining effects. Another Projector built a company that is not aligned with her most significant energy, her conscious sun and is simply running in the wrong direction with it. The third Projector has chosen to focus on community, while her energetic circuitry is about individuality which is all about empowerment through being fully herself.

Through all my tremendous experience working with entrepreneurs for years, I found that an unsustainable, painful business is ALWAYS based on a lack of alignment with your authentic self, eventhough it might look successful on the outside. True success for a Projector is human, not financial. If you are compromising who you are and what you really want in life, it creates devastating consequences. Not only for your business, but also for your life.

If you don’t know and understand who you are, you will create a business and life that doesn’t suit you. To create a sustainable, robust, and fulfilling business, you must build it on your unique energetics of being a Projector.

WHY MANY PROJECTORS STRUGGLE WITH SELF-DOUBT

And How To Heal It

Dear Projector,

Long ago you have abandoned the fact that you are on the top of the heap. Projectors are so used to being not Projectors and so exhausted by it. It’s just not sustainable for a Projector to live a role that isn’t yours. It’s a life of struggle, doubt and bitterness.

I know that you long for the freedom to be yourself, but at the same time you are plagued with tremendous self-doubt. It’s your mind that is messing up your life. It’s your mind that is interfering with the possibilities for success from the beginning.

It’s the energy of shame when you are doubting yourself. Since many Projectors lived through a kind of slavery as children (and many are still super slaves of society, riding on the Generators energy) they find themselves still entangled in this slavery mentality.

Projectors should be raised from the beginning to be guides, not workers. As children many Projectors didn’t have the environment and the opportunity to express themselves and being mirrored by an unconditionally loving and supportive adult who recognized their unique gifts and talents. Their parents didn’t have a healthy sense of themselves. So the Projector children didn’t have the possibilities to explore their developing self in a safe environment, being able to put out their ideas, being wildly creative and being recognized for their wisdom.
