At Essential Fitness, we offer one on one training sessions as well as group or couples training sessions for all ages and levels. You may choose 30 minute, 45 minute, or 1 hour sessions. Our trainers are certified to help you get to where you want to be. Your first session will take you through a strength and flexibility assessment to help us develop a personalized program that will lead you to success. *Unlimited free group fitness classes when you sign up for a personal training package!

I knew you were going to have that moment when you just put everything that's happened aside and just have a break game out game!!!

For someone your age to go through 2 knee surgeries in 2 years, and be mentally tough to come back, work your butt off in the gym, rehab, practice taking AP classes, and have the mental toughness to put those past injuries in the past and go out and just ๐Ÿ€ BALL
