Join us this Sunday May 17th at 6am for a run along the Brick Yard/Empire State Trail for an easy 4 mile run. 🌷

We’ll meet at the Kingston Point Beach parking lot at 6am, running starts at 6:10am.

Come and run your own pace while getting high fives and encouragement, please dress for the weather! We’ll drive over once we’re done to enjoy a post run coffee treat! This is a cost free event.
