The final workouts of summer are complete, and now our ELITE athletes are heading back to their respective schools to begin a new chapter. For Gia, that means stepping into her final year at Andover—ready to carry everything she built this summer onto the field.
This summer was about more than workouts, it was about dedication, sacrifice, discipline, and putting in the work when nobody was watching.
And now the first one is officially off… and I’ll admit, this one hits a little different.
Gia might be one of my favorites. She’s like my family. Steph Alcin
I’ve been playing football since I was 5 years old, and growing up, her dad wasn’t just one of my teammates he was one of my best friends. We competed together, trained together, pushed each other, and grew up together.
Now, all these years later, I’ve had the opportunity to train his daughter and help prepare her for her final year of high school lacrosse at Andover.
Life really comes full circle.
Gia, you PUT IN THE WORK this summer. You were resilient. You were consistent. You dedicated your time to getting better, and every day you walked through those doors ready to work. No excuses. No shortcuts. You embraced being pushed and continued to show up.
As a coach, that’s all I can ask for.
It’s truly been an honor being part of your journey, and I’m proud of the work you put in this summer. Now it’s time to take everything you worked for and go show them what you can do.
Good luck at Andover, Gia. Have an amazing senior year, enjoy every second of it, and most importantly… KEEP BEING ELITE. 💪🏽🥍
The work was done here. Now go perform.
