If you are not meal prepping for the week, you are doing yourself a disservice.
It took me 45 minutes, I made a huge mess of my kitchen, and I could barely find room in my fridge...but I prepped lunch for 4 days this week.
But I now have a healthy meal prepared and can just heat and eat!
Your meals do not have to be complicated. You do not have to prepare an extraordinary meal. Something simple on hand will do.
I made couscous, tofu, sweet potato, brussel sprouts, peppers, and onions 😋
Next I will be making over night oats for my breakfast!
