AND “Survey Says…”

A good survey can save you from a bad decision. ⚓️

When you’re buying a boat or yacht, the survey and haul-out are critical parts of the process. Getting the boat out of the water gives the surveyor an opportunity to inspect the hull, bottom, running gear, through-hulls, and other areas that simply can’t be fully evaluated at the dock.

And this is where your broker’s role matters.

As a buyer’s broker, I help coordinate the survey process, communicate with the listing broker and surveyor, review what’s uncovered, and help you understand your options before moving forward.

Sometimes the survey confirms you found the right boat. Sometimes it gives you leverage to negotiate. And sometimes it tells you it’s better to walk away.

Finding the boat is only the beginning. My job is to help protect you all the way to closing.
