Hey mamas! Tomorrow is our last Stroller Fit workout of the year! I canā€™t wait to see you guys in the morningšŸ˜Letā€™s finish 2022 strong!

**Reminder that kiddos do not have to be in a stroller if they can walk 3-4 mph, consistently. I know with school being out for winter break, more mamas may be wanting to bring their older kids with them.

If you havenā€™t tried it yet, we meet in front of the Centennial Park Rec Center at 9:30am. Workout is one hour long and cost is $8.

I was reminded this again today as one of the girls was sharing with me her busy and hectic day/week a head. She mentioned how she made this a priority in order to relieve some stress. I just love how she still showed up and moved for herself even when she had a million other things she could have chose. We always have a choice but choosing to move your body in a positive way will always reap benefits. We often forget how powerful exercise can be on a day to day basis in keeping us sanešŸ¤Ŗ

Iā€™m especially proud of Megan today who showed up for the first time with her toddler. She was understandably apprehensive, as itā€™s been a few years since she exercised and she had a toddler to keep in a stroller, as well.
By the end she was so proud of herself for not only showing up, but also for pushing herself through the class. She was also very of proud of her toddler & how well she did in the stroller. She couldnā€™t believe the majority of mamas had their toddlers with them, too!
I just love her vision of our kiddos getting to know each other & becoming friends through this group. She was very excited for their little bonds to flourish, as ours do as well. šŸ„°āœØ

What a beautiful morning we had for todayā€™s class! Our group keeps growing and Iā€™m so proud of each mama who shows up!!
Today we walked almost 2 miles & mixed in 7 different strength exercises while we walked. Broken up into 10 sets, the ladies knocked down over 200 reps throughout the workoutšŸ’ŖšŸ¼
It flew by as we chatted & enjoyed each otherā€™s company šŸ˜Š We also got to get our toddlers out to play, after, at the big playground they have in the back. Sooo much fun! Canā€™t wait for next week!ā¤ļø
