✔️ Helps regulate blood sugar
✔️ Supports hormone balance — especially important in this phase of life

Way under what they need.

👉 Aim for 25–35g per day

And no… this doesn’t mean eating boring food.

Add things like:
• Chia seeds in your yogurt
• Lentils or chickpeas in your meals
• Berries instead of processed snacks
• Flax sprinkled on anything
• Veggies at every meal (non-negotiable)

Simple shifts = big results.

You don’t need another diet.
You need consistency with the basics.
