DEADLIFT SEMINAR - JUNE 20TH 8AM-10AM
Join us for a hands-on deadlift seminar designed to help you improve technique, build strength, and reduce your risk of injury.
Proceeds will be donated to the Milli Moo Foundation. The Millie Moo Foundation is a local nonprofit created in loving memory of Millie, a sweet little farm girl who passed away at just six months old after battling a rare and aggressive cancer. Founded in the wake of this loss, the foundation honors Millie’s life by supporting families facing similar challenges. Their mission is to ease the financial burden on families so they can focus on what matters most, caring for their child.
