Rocco and Hunter landed a dinosaur. Black Drum - likely 50+ years old and close to 50 pounds. We took a few pictures and put her back out into the ocean.

Recently we took the boys to our first escape rooms experiences. After our second room I feel it’s a great way to utilize problem solving skills, communication and team work.

I’ve been putting in a lot of work in behind closed doors to fully recover from the autoimmune disorder that put me in the ICU and out of work for three months. Not 100% yet but so grateful for all the help I have had from my team of physical therapists. Nearly fully functional again. I’ve been inspired by greats like . Can’t wait to start training again.

Working my way back. It hasn’t been easy but it’s possible. When my body no longer had the strength to allow me to stand or even sit up in bed - my mind showed me the way. Stay positive. Believe in yourself and surround yourself with people who will help raise you up. I’m so grateful to all the doctors and nurses - friends and family. ♥️.
