Our Fall 5K Run Camp kicks off in just ONE WEEK!

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, now is the time! Whether you’re brand new to running, getting back into it, or just want a fun crew to train with this fall, we’d love to have you.

We’ll build our way toward a fall 5K with an approachable run/walk format, lots of encouragement, and plenty of Rain Bear fun along the way. 🐻

5–7 cruisey miles along the waterfront today with this pack of Rain Bears! 🐻🌊

Apparently the Olympic Peninsula wanted to show off a little, we spotted a raft of river otters along the way! 🦦

Miles with friends, waterfront views, wildlife sightings, and another solid training run in the books as we work our way toward the Royal Victoria Marathon! We are so incredibly lucky to run, train, and live in this magical corner of the world. 💙

🍂 FALL 5K RUN CAMP IS HERE! 🏃‍♀️🐻

Ready to run your first 5K, get back into running, or find a fun group to keep you moving this fall?

Join the Rain Bear Running Club for our 5-week Fall 5K Run Camp as we train for Run the Peninsula’s beautiful Spruce Railroad 5K on October 3!

We’ll start with ½–1 mile and gradually build to 3 miles using an approachable run/walk method. No pace requirements and no experience needed!

🐻 Beginner-friendly run/walk approach
🐻 Support, accountability & plenty of high fives!

These are the days! Nothing beats running in the sunshine on the Olympic Peninsula! Tonight’s pack had a great time running along the waterfront.

We’d like to officially invite you to come out this Saturday for our kick off to FALL HALF MARATHON TRAINING! 9am at Railroad Bridge Park in Sequim. This is a free community run of three miles before we launch into this next round of training! Hope to see you soon!

Our 12-week Victoria Half Marathon Training Program begins after the kickoff and will prepare runners for the Victoria Half Marathon on October 11.

✨ Looking for something a little shorter? Our Couch to 5K Program begins Saturday, August 29, and is perfect for beginners or anyone returning to running.

No matter your pace or experience, you’ll find encouragement, accountability, and a community that’s excited to help you reach your goals.

👉Heads up, runners! If you are cruising out for your last long run next week before your North Olympic Discovery Marathon taper, please note the trail closures along the Olympic Discovery Trail in Port Angeles!

Maintenance and repair work will take place on the Olympic Discovery Trail on Tuesday, May 26, through Friday, May 29. During this period, the trail will be closed between the Ennis Creek Trailhead and Morse Creek Trailhead.
