Five years ago today, on July 15, we started Discover E-Bike with an idea, a handful of bikes, and a belief that if we treated every customer like they were our last, everything else would take care of itself.
Looking back, it's amazing how far one step at a time can take you.
This journey wouldn't have been possible without the people who believed in me before there was much to believe in.
A special thank you to my cousin Jorge, who was the first person to invest in my dream. Your belief gave me confidence when it mattered most.
Thank you to Tim for jumping in early and helping make this vision a reality.
To my wife, Jess—thank you for believing in me through the uncertainty, the long days, and all the ups and downs of building a business. I couldn't have done this without you.
And to Vince, one of my very first helpers, thank you for being there from the beginning.
From day one, I made a promise to myself: every customer would be treated like they were my last customer. Five years later, that promise still guides every rental, every bike sale, and every conversation we have.
It's incredible what can happen when you keep showing up, take one step at a time, and stay true to your values. Looking back, you realize you've climbed a much bigger hill than you ever imagined.
To every customer, friend, family member, employee, and supporter who has been part of this journey—thank you for helping make Discover E-Bike what it is today.
