We are cancelling the 4:30 class today, July 10. The doors will be open, though, if you want to work out without a coach.

We are looking for people who would like to coach the evening classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (4:30 and 5:30). If you or anyone you know might be interested, please let us know!

We are also bringing back yoga starting in July. This would be in the Halberg Chiropractic side of the building and details are still being worked out. If you are interested, please let us know. Thank you!
