We will organize pricing better ASAP bur heres some details on the kit ingredients. Being that this is a new concept and different bikes may need slightly different parts, pricing may move slightly but this is what it looks like:
---'Everything to electrify' box, and support - $1195---
Bafang BBSHD 1000w (1600w peak) kits, Eggrider V2 display, half-twist throttle, upgraded Lekkie install hardware, 44 piece bike toolkit, 52v Samsung 20ah battery (custom built), Every detail figured out for you. Dont worry about what your bottom bracket width is or, how many spacers you need, or what dang amperage BMS do I need??....take a breath...its all taken care of, and we'll walk you through it. We also have a smaller Bafang motor (bbs02) for 750w restricted areas but can also program the BBSHD to be able to toggle between legal and not legal via your phone.
---'Screw the derailleur' box, and support - $350---
The exact ingredients to ditch the derailleur and replace it with an incredibly robust single speed drive train which may vary between bikes, but all you need to know is...you're gonna want it. Some of the things we use...Lekkie Bling Rings, White Industries Clutches, Custom German made cogs, Shadow Conspiracy chains. We know your chainline, we know what tensioner and spacers you need, and its in da box.
---Brakes - $75 ---
We wont force you to buy them... actually, yes, buy them. You are going to need stopping power, trust me. Star Union 4 piston brakes, 203mm rotors, and necessary adapters.
---Suspension Fork/Headset - $150 ---
100mm travel adjustable air suspension with lockout in black or gold and sealed bearing headset while you're in there
--Mullet Tires - $95 ---
No its not just cause we think it looks cool. I could discuss axle path, force vector, and scrub radius, but lets just say their is solid science on why this is more efficient. In short...business up front, party in the back (you're welcome to get 2 of the same tires if you think all that is BS) CST Toboggan, Roly Poly, BFT, Patrol, 45 north
--Rear racks - $55 Axiom Fatliner or $95 Wren OneRack
--Fenders - $10 Simple and basic poly or ABS mud gurards work best
We have upgraded stems, handlebars, Tannus Armour (highly recommend), seat posts, lights. but the above covers all the things to take a box store bike and make it an extremely nice hunting e-bike. We also have the high end versions of all of these parts from our partners like Cane Creek, Wolf Tooth, Magura, Hayes, Manitou, Wren, Works Components, and tons more, BUT the idea with these kits was to give you the opportunity to have a very solid rig on a budget.
The bike pictured started as a Dynacraft Krusher from Walmart ($298) but we only kept the frame and rims. It came out to about $2k to build counting everything including the spray paint
Some common and budget friendly fat bikes that work great and are:
-Dynacraft Krusher (horizontal dropouts are a big plus)
-Most Mongoose fat bikes including Juneau, Malus, Dolomite (steel or ALX), Argus (STX or Trail)
-Bass Pro/ Cabelas Ascend Moher
A lot of these are very commonly sold for cheap on FB Marketplace, and because you can easily upgrade all the parts that matter with these kits, You dont need to focus on condition as much.
