We really enjoyed the Okinawa Karate Seminar in DC. Sensei Lori Steinhau, Sensei Sutton Knight and I traveled to D.C. to attend the 2025 Okinawa Karate Seminar with four Okinawa Sensei of different styles teaching about their arts. Sensei Takahiko Gibo, Sensei Zenshun Shimabukuro, Sensei Masanari Kikugawa and Sensei Sadanao Uechi all held classes to share their skills and knowledge of Okinawa Karate. I want to thank Master Nestor Folta and his team for putting on a great event. The event was to bring awareness about the upcoming 2026 World Karate Festival and tournament in Okinawa.
Thank you to all who came a shared our common love for Okinawa Karate!!
