It wasn't that long ago that I was yearning for the ability to leave my work space whenever I wanted too. Walk down the road for a drink, drive to the park for an hour in the Sun, or simply schedule some self care in-between clients. I am so grateful for this time to prioritize myself and how the love and effort of my work shows through to the care given as well as gives me time to focus on "me".

Remember to take time for yourself throughout the day ❤️ Only YOU knows how to take care of YOU.
