Success story of the week:

This great gelding presented lame on right front middle of January

MRI diagnosis 01/14/2026

- Linear stress fracture in the fetlock joint
- Fraying of the deep digital flexor tendon at the navicular bone
- Thickening of the lateral branch of the suspensory ligament

3 weeks of stall rest, every other day Class 4 laser treatment, and then a controlled return to exercise in the water treadmill.

Under saddle work was added 04/15/2026

And I sent a completely sound horse home 7 days ago!

This was a rewarding rehab case because we were not sure if this horse was going to return to 100% soundness and especially not this quickly.

Notice the improved muscle tone in her hind end! Also stronger core strength improves this horse’s overall stance.
