Get ready for Crazy Running Western Maryland & Northern Virginia this March and April 2025! Our exciting and dynamic youth fitness programs, available in Frederick County and Montgomery County, Maryland, are designed for kids ages 3 to 14, offering an engaging way to build strength, speed, and endurance.

Our 8-week training sessions feature:
✅ Running drills to boost stamina and performance
✅ Stretching and strength training for injury prevention and muscle development
✅ Plyometrics and speed work to enhance agility and coordination

Hello Administrators, Parents, and Educators,

Crazy Running Western Maryland and Northern Virginia is thrilled to introduce our running training programs to your school community. Our programs operate year-round, providing opportunities for students in the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter seasons.

We specialize in teaching kids of all ages the fundamentals of running through engaging games and activities that make training both educational and enjoyable. Our target audience includes elementary, high, and middle school students who are eager to learn new skills while having fun with their peers.

Our program has been successfully running for four years in Frederick County, where we have received positive feedback from schools such as Walkersville Elementary School, Sugarloaf Elementary, Brunswick Elementary, and Centerville Elementary. We are also proud to expand our services to Montgomery County, PG County, Washington County, and Fairfax County now at Cold Spring Elementary, Wayside Elementary, and Bullis.
