The next Crazy Running NOVA session is coming up, and we’re ready to PLAY CRAZY & RUN HARD! 💪🏾🔥
Our Fall Session runs from Saturday, September 12th through Saturday, November 7th, from 9:30–10:30 AM at Madison Park in Falls Church, VA.

🔵 8-week sessions of running, jumping, and building speed and endurance for kids aged 3-14. As a coach, you'll guide them through the exciting world of running and track & field with our fun curriculum.

Spring Training Programs Kick Off in March & April 2025!

Get ready for Crazy Running Western Maryland & Northern Virginia this March and April 2025! Our exciting and dynamic youth fitness programs, available in Frederick County and Montgomery County, Maryland, are designed for kids ages 3 to 14, offering an engaging way to build strength, speed, and endurance.

Our 8-week training sessions feature:
✅ Running drills to boost stamina and performance
✅ Stretching and strength training for injury prevention and muscle development
✅ Plyometrics and speed work to enhance agility and coordination

Perfect for after-school programs, weekends, and summer camps, Crazy Running provides a fun, structured environment to help young athletes develop a lifelong love for fitness.
