Please join us this Saturday Dec. 6th, 7am at Pontotoc Wellness Center for our annual fundraiser, as we raise money for students right here at home in Pontotoc County. We currently have (130) students at South Pontotoc High School that are in need of assistance this year for Christmas! We raised a little over $3,200 last year and we’d love to surpass that and we need YOU to help achieve that. Whether you come to compete or just fellowship and donate, you’re welcome to join us. The WOD’s will be partner style and can be scaled to any fitness level. Pressed By Puckett will be offering “Battle Plan” shirts in conjunction with our fundraiser; link in comments! We hope to see you this Saturday! 👊🏻

Please join us as we celebrate our veterans, servicemen and women on Saturday, November 15th, 1:00 p.m. at the Pontotoc Wellness Center. This workout is in honor of Chad Wilkinson, Navy SEAL, and to raise awareness for PTSD, TBI and su***de among those that have served and currently serving our country! There will be no sign up/drop in fee for this event. However, we encourage you to visit chad1000x.com and the stepupfoundation.org, started by Chad’s wife Sara, where you can donate or purchase merchandise online to support their cause! This is a simple, yet humbling and lengthy workout but you can scale as needed based on your physical abilities. If you elect not to participate, you are welcome to come fellowship, support and encourage those that are. We hope you’ll consider joining us this Saturday as we take on Chad1000X and honor our service men and women!

Murph 2025 is in the books! Thank you to everyone that showed up this morning to participate and pay respects to our service men and women! Everyone did great and overcame one of the toughest hero WOD’s. Afterward’s we gathered with some of our ToughFit family for our annual fellowship meal and they surprised me with a birthday gift and card; they are so much more than a workout group!
We look forward to seeing everyone next year and we hope you enjoy your Memorial Day with family, God bless the USA! 🇺🇸

It’s that time of year! ToughFit has the privilege of being an Official Host again for MURPH 2025. This is a workout honoring the sacrifice of Lt. Michael Murphy, Navy SEAL, during operation Red Wings on June 28, 2005 in the Hindu Kush mountains of Afghanistan. This workout was originally named “body armor” by Lt. Murphy as he would complete it during numerous deployments. After his sacrifice, the Lt. Michael P Murphy Foundation was formed and the hero workout observed worldwide took its’ form as “The MURPH.” We invite you to join us next Saturday morning, May 24th, at the Pontotoc Wellness Center as we honor Lt. Murphy and those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for the very freedoms we enjoy! We will begin our first heat at 07:00 and second heat at 08:30. We hope you will join us, God bless the USA! 🇺🇸

Passion WOD 2025 is in the books! Thank you to everyone that came early this morning for such a special workout, devotion and fellowship. We missed those that couldn’t make it. Reindeer Games 2024 is in the books! WOW, what another great turnout and fundraiser for our local kids in need for Christmas this year. We were blessed to raise $3,240 which was distributed between South Pontotoc, North Pontotoc and Pontotoc City Schools. This is always a fun time and the fellowship is even better! No better way to sweat than for a good cause. We’d like to thank everyone that came, whether you just donated or competed also.
