If fitness results had a ranking system, this would be #1 — and it’s not intensity.
You can argue about:
• frequency
• volume
• intensity
• recovery
But none of them matter if you don’t stick around long enough.
Adherence beats everything. Period.
The best program on paper produces ZERO results if it’s:
❌ too extreme
❌ too time-consuming
❌ too mentally draining
❌ impossible to repeat week after week
Results don’t come from what’s optimal for 2 weeks.
They come from what’s repeatable for 6 months… a year… a lifetime.
Science is clear:
Consistency over time is the strongest predictor of fat loss, muscle gain, strength, and health markers — not how hard you train once, but how often you show up.
Miss workouts → volume drops.
Burn out → recovery crashes.
Quit → intensity becomes irrelevant.
Sustainable habits compound.
Unsustainable ones collapse.
That’s why adherence ranks #1.
Everything else only works after you stay in the game.
Train smart. Train consistently. Stay long enough to win. 💪
The order:
1. Adherence / sustainability
2. Intensity
3. Frequency
4. Volume
This goes without saying, recovery. No need to even rank that. Because if you can’t recover well, you won’t achieve number 1

Today we did the pull movements for upper body, paired with push movements for lower body. So what we got is pull ups mixed with front squats 😵 a deadly combo!
