My name is Bill Riccio, together with my wife Kristie we own RiccioFit Strength & Movement Inc. a top level strength training and yoga service devoted to helping people be their best. I have been a professional trainer and strength coach for almost 20 years. I also have specialty

certificates in kettlebell training, golf fitness, and youth fitness. Kristie is a certified yoga instructor with almost 20 years of experience and a passion for teaching. While certifications are important they aren’t the whole picture. Being able to connect with someone is far more important for that person getting results. Prior to the Covid pandemic we were a brick and mortar facility that was thriving, however what we found is that we can deliver an even better experience and get better results in a virtual format. So we decided to close our brick and mortar and go 100% virtual. We opened RiccioFit Strength & Movement Inc. to teach people the very things that helped us. We want to help people improve their lives through the safe pursuit of strength in both body and mind. We want to lead people down the path that we took that has made me so happy. We truly feel we are put on this earth to do good for others. We are committed to helping people and giving people the tools they need to live life to the fullest. 💚 You don’t need to get in shape before you start.

Read that again.

You don’t need to lose weight before joining a program.

You don’t need to build endurance before taking a class.

You don’t need to be more flexible before trying yoga.

You don’t need to “get back into shape” before asking for help.

That’s like saying you need to get healthy before going to the doctor.

Everyone starts somewhere.

Everyone has a first workout.

Everyone has a day one.

The people who make progress aren’t the people who waited until they felt ready.

They’re the people who started before they felt ready.

Life moves fast.

The to-do lists grow.

The calendar fills up.

And before we know it, another week has flown by.

Tomorrow’s SoulSet is an opportunity to pause.

To step away from the noise.

To reconnect with yourself for a little while.

We begin by slowing down.

We center.

We ground ourselves.

We move and breathe together.

And then we settle into an extended savasana where the body finally gets a chance to let go.

To release tension.

To exhale the week.

To quiet the mind.

To create space for what’s ahead.

We finish with gratitude and a renewed sense of calm as we step into a new week.

I’ve always liked that quote because it reminds us of something important.

There are more tools available today than ever before.

Supplements.

Programs.

Apps.

Medications.

And many of them can be incredibly helpful.

But none of them replace the fundamentals.

Strength still matters.

Movement still matters.

Muscle still matters.

Sleep still matters.

Taking care of yourself still matters.

Because long-term health isn’t built by one pill, one supplement, one workout, or one perfect week.

It’s built by the things we do consistently over time.

The most successful people I’ve worked with over the years weren’t looking for a shortcut.

💚 One of the biggest misconceptions about virtual fitness is that you’re home by yourself.

Our members will tell you that’s the furthest thing from the truth.

When we built RiccioFit, we weren’t trying to create another app.

We weren’t trying to create another library of videos.

We wanted to create a place where people felt supported.

A place where busy moms, professionals, beginners, women navigating perimenopause and menopause, and people getting back into fitness could show up exactly as they are.

Every class is live.

Every class is coach-led.

You can ask questions.

You receive instruction.

You receive accountability.

And perhaps most importantly…

You become part of a community.

We begin by slowing down.

We take a few moments to arrive exactly as we are.

Then we move and breathe together through a gentle practice designed to release tension, create space, and reconnect with ourselves.

And then comes my favorite part.

The savasana.

Not the rushed version.

The kind where your body finally lets go.

💚 If I could give every woman one thing, it wouldn’t be a diet plan.

It would be muscle.

Because muscle helps almost everything we’re worried about as we age.

Energy.

Strength.

Balance.

Confidence.

Mobility.

Independence.

And honestly, the older I get, the less interested I am in making my body smaller.

And the more interested I am in what my body can do.

Can I keep up with my kids?

Can I travel?

Can I get up off the floor with ease?

Can I carry groceries without thinking about it?

Can I stay active and independent for years to come?

Can I feel strong in the body I have today?

At some point, the goal stopped being smaller.

The goal became stronger.

💚 Why We Built RiccioFit Virtual

When we created RiccioFit, we weren’t trying to create another fitness app or another library of videos people download and never use.

We built it for real life.

For moms with kids at home.

For busy professionals.

For people getting back into fitness after years away.

For women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

For men and women who simply want a realistic program they can stick with.

What makes our program different is that everything is live and coach-led.

You’re not left wondering if you’re doing an exercise correctly.

You’re not following a random video by yourself.

You have real instruction, real accountability, and real support.

One of the biggest misconceptions about virtual fitness is that you’re home alone staring at a screen.

In reality, we’ve built a genuine community of people who know each other, encourage each other, celebrate wins together, and help each other through the challenging seasons too.

Nobody talks about this enough…

One of the hardest parts of getting older is realizing your body can change even when you’re doing all the “right” things.

You eat better.

You move more.

You try harder.

And sometimes the scale doesn’t care.

The energy isn’t there.

The weight doesn’t budge.

The body feels unfamiliar.

It’s frustrating.

And I think a lot of women quietly blame themselves for things that may have nothing to do with laziness, discipline, or willpower.

Hormones change.

Life changes.

Stress changes.

Our bodies change.

That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

It just means the conversation may need to change too.
