You don’t need to lose weight before joining a program.
You don’t need to build endurance before taking a class.
You don’t need to be more flexible before trying yoga.
You don’t need to “get back into shape” before asking for help.
That’s like saying you need to get healthy before going to the doctor.
Everyone starts somewhere.
Everyone has a first workout.
Everyone has a day one.
The people who make progress aren’t the people who waited until they felt ready.
They’re the people who started before they felt ready.
