Ever thought about gaining muscle mass?
Sure it can be detrimental for many athletes like sprinters or long jumpers,
But not us golfers 😉
We do not need to propel our body weight and worry about extra mass slowing us down.
Are mission is to try and produce as much force as possible on an external object!
By increasing your overall load behind the golf swing will likely increase your ground reaction force which intern can have major implication on your club head speed, consequently allowing you to hit all kinds of disgusting bombs!
Bryson here has taken full advantage of that!!
Gaining extra body mass is great way to increase your yardages, especially when this extra mass is muscle tissue and contributes to strength & power production.
Now please do not miss-interpret this to mean stuffing your face with fired chicken or standing in front of the mirror doing curls like bubba!

Simply... increase your calorie intake, implement compound lifts and appropriate rep ranges to get that desire additional timber!
