âšľ IN-SEASON WORK STILL MATTERS âšľ
One 1½ hour team practice a week is not enough to develop a hitter or pitcher.
Practice is for team reps.
Lessons are for individual development.
At practice, athletes rotate stations, wait in lines, and work on team systems. That is important. But real growth happens when a player gets focused, position-specific instruction and high-volume reps built around their mechanics.
During the season is when bad habits sneak in.
During the season is when confidence can dip.
During the season is when adjustments matter most.
If your athlete wants to improve, not just participate, they need intentional reps outside of team practice.
Champions are built in the extra work.
