Registration for Baseball, Softball, and TBall

Where: Ponca Community Center
When: March 21st – 2pm to 5pm
March 22nd – 5pm to 7pm
Cost: Softball\Baseball is $50 per player or $75 for family
TBall is $30.00 per child

Please stop by during one of the registration times to sign up your players! Payment is due upon registration. A $20 late fee will be charged on all late registrations.

Baseball and Softball Parents, please read the parent letter on PoncaSoftball.com then download and sign the release and waiver of liability agreement and send it with your child to the first practice. Sorry, we must have them before they can participate. Thank you for your understanding.
