Refinement of movement through consistent and continual training, a student becomes stronger both physically and mentally. Daily you will build self-confidence and will use your subconscious mind through visualization and meditation.

Just a reminder that classes for peewees, beginners and color belts will move to Monday and Thursday at the same time as before. Peewee (4:45pm to 5:30pm) and beginners and color belts (5:30pm to 6:30pm).
Adult classes will be Monday and Thursday but new time will be from 6:40pm to 7:40pm

We will see you all on Monday June 6th!

Sangmartial arts karate school will be canceling all karate classes this week.
It has been confirmed that Coronavirus is in Ponca City.
City leaders are urging residents to frequently wash their hands with soap and water, and sneeze or cough into a tissue or their elbow. Also, you should avoid close contact with anyone that has a fever and cough.
We feel it is better to be over-prepared, rather than underprepared, for the safety and security of our citizens in order to minimize exposure.

This time of the year, Sang Martial Art is having its fourth (4) annual Rising Star Open Kyokushin Karate Tournament on October 19, 2019, at the NOC College in Tonkawa, Oklahoma.
