Here is a Picture of a fella that now lives in Ponca City, OK . His name is Moose Kennedy and Moose use to race in Southern California every week for years. If you go back in Speedway History you will find he was quite fast for he use to bang handlebars with the Bast Brothers, Penhall, Nutter and all the go fast racers of the time. It just amazes me that he now lives here in my home town of Ponca City.

With great regret I must pass this on to all the Oklahoma Speedway Racers. On Feb, 22, 2020 Mike Hughes lost his life in an accident while jumping his Home made Rocket. Upon take off the parachute deployed and then was torn lose from the rocket leaving Mike no Parachute to return back to the ground.

I know for my self I have Mike to thank for my Speedway On ICE experience in Oklahoma City for he was the Promoter of the races.

Got some bad News today, I got a phone call from Rick Millhiser, told me Jim Kinnish had passed away on June 16,2019 I have to say I really hate that for when I started Speedway it was Jim that welcomed me more than anyone into the world of Speedway. RIP Jim you will be missed.

I know there is a lot of you guys that us to race Flat Track as well as Speedway, well Scott Adams is putting another Reunion for the Flat Track and Moto-X Racers and has invited any one with Speedway Intrest to feel welcome to come to this other Reunion as well. I found out about this Motorcycle ONLY event only about 8-days ago or I would have sugested changing and having the guys come to it, but I was afraid it would just confuse everyone and thought it would be better to just leave wellenough alone. It might be better if next year we try and have our event with the Motorcycle Racing fans.
