3 of us took on Terrain Race OKC this past weekend and got it DONE. 🏅

We love seeing our members take their fitness outside these walls and put it to work. Whether it’s a race, competition, PR, first 5K, or something you’re damn proud of we want to celebrate it!

I’ve been nice long enough.

First off, thank you to the majority of our members for respecting the gym, the rules and each other. We truly appreciate you.

Unfortunately, a few people have decided to ruin a good thing.

So… no more warnings.
No more “just this once.”
No more excuses.

This is a members-only gym — not a free pass for your friends. Guests are of course welcomed with a $5 DAY PASS!!

You sneak people in, you pay.
You do it again, you pay and you’re suspended.
Third time? Gone. 👮 🚨

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. 🤝
