Here is Shawn putting up 200lbs for 5 reps! This guy is stronger than ever at the age 57. This wasn’t an over night achievement this took about a few weeks to work up to with progressive upper body hypertrophy (strength) exercises. Awesome stuff Shawn keep it up! Shawn is another client of mine who practices Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Love it.
