Before summer comes to an end, we had another great demonstration at the Pompton Lakes Spring & Summer Stroll! 🥋☀️

We are so proud of our students for their hard work, confidence, and energy. It was wonderful to see them step outside and share what they’ve been learning with our community!

🥋💙 Congratulations to all of our students who passed their belt tests yesterday and today! 💙🥋

We are excited to share that One Taekwondo now has students promoted all the way up to Blue Belt! 🎉

Each belt represents hard work, dedication, perseverance, and growth. We are so proud of every student for their effort and commitment both on and off the mat. With each new belt, our students continue to build confidence, discipline, respect, and leadership.

A special thank you to the Masters from our other One Taekwondo locations who joined us today to help oversee the belt test and share their encouraging words with our students. Your support and guidance made the day even more meaningful and memorable.

Our ONE Taekwondo Demo Team participated in the Pompton Lakes Spring & Summer Stroll and performed outside in public for the first time! 🥋🔥

We are so proud of all our students for doing such an amazing job with confidence, energy, and teamwork. Thank you to all the parents and families for your support!

This was such a special experience for our team, and we can’t wait for more performances in the future!

The WTA tournament was a huge success! So proud of everyone for their hard work, spirit, and performance. Our students attended the tournament representing the One Taekwondo Demo Team for the first time and brought home so many awards from 1st to 3rd place! Honored to be presented with the Best School award.

Last Saturday, we had a joint demo team seminar at our One Taekwondo headquarters in Paramus.
It was the first time our students trained together as a group at another location, and we are so proud of how well they did! They showed great focus, energy, and teamwork.🥋✨
It was also a great experience training alongside instructors and students from other One Taekwondo locations. Grateful for the opportunity to grow stronger together as one team.💪🔥

We had our 3rd Belt Testing — the first one of the year! 🥋 Every student gave their best and showed just how much they’ve grown. Now we have students from White to Green Belts! 💛💚
To our students: every kick, punch, and stance showed your hard work. Every challenge you faced and overcame proves your strength, determination, and perseverance. You are not just learning Taekwondo — you are learning discipline, confidence, and what it means to never give up. ✨
