I turned 37 on Friday.
Another year older, another reminder of how much work is still left to do.
I’m grateful for every opportunity, every lesson, and every challenge that’s shaped me. But I also know I’m nowhere near the man my family deserves yet. That isn’t discouraging to me It’s motivating. Every day is another chance to become a better husband, a better father, a better leader, and a better man than I was yesterday.
My wife is the rock that keeps our ship sailing. Through every high and every low, she’s been the steady presence that holds our family together. I’m thankful every day that I get to walk through life with her.
And my boys… they’re the fuel behind everything I do. They remind me why the early mornings, the long days, and the constant pursuit of growth are all worth it. They give my work purpose far beyond myself.
Thirty-seven isn’t about looking back at what I’ve accomplished. It’s about looking ahead at the man I’m still working to become.
Here’s to another year of learning, growing, serving, and earning the privilege of leading this family well.
