Growing up in Argentina, Mariana Lencina was told that msybe martial arts was "too rough," not meant for girls, and that she should stick to gentler things.
Fast forward to today.
Mariana first walked through our doors just looking to get a sweat in with kickboxing. But curiosity led her to try out Muay Thai, and then step onto the grappling mats for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
That was it. She fell head over heels for the craft.
As her coach, watching her kicks, sweeps, and grind through tough rounds with a smile on her face has been an absolutely amazing. She isn’t just working out—she’s breaking through limits, mastering techniques, and discovering just how strong and capable she’s always been.
Never let anyone tell you what your power is supposed to look like. Mariana! Keep shining on and off the mats. 🥋✨
